Remote viewer Star Gate Program

He is a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer who played a significant role in remote viewing operations and experiments conducted by U.S. Army Intelligence and the Stanford Research Institute. He was among the initial personnel recruited for the classified program now known as Star Gate, which operated from 1978 to 1995. Upon his retirement, he was awarded the Legion of Merit for his last decade of service, which included five years in SIGINT (SIGnals INTelligence) and five years dedicated to the remote viewing program. Currently, he serves as a Residential Trainer in remote viewing at the Monroe Institute and as a Consultant at The Laboratories for Fundamental Research, in Palo Alto, California (USA).

He holds a BA in Sociology from Excelsior College in New York and an associate degree in Business from the City Colleges of Chicago (USA).

Additionally, he is the retired co-owner and the Executive Director of Intuitive Intelligence Applications, Inc. He has demonstrated his abilities as a Psychic and Remote Viewer under rigorous scientific control in various laboratories and on national television in six countries, including appearances on National Geographic, Discovery Channel, BBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, Channel 4 (UK), Nippon, and Asahi TV (Japan).
