He is the Executive Director of the Rhine Research Center in Durham, North Carolina (USA) and the Founder and Education Director of the Rhine Education Center. He has been a member of the Rhine research team since 2009. His research focuses on exploring the subtle energies of the body, including psychic healing, the energy associated with psychokinesis, poltergeist activity, and other unconscious effects on electronic devices, as well as measurements of biophotons (ultraviolet light) by energy healers.
He holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania (USA) and an MSc in Psychology, specializing in Evaluation, Research, and Measurement from Capella University (USA).
With a background in technology, he initially worked as a software manager and developer at SAS Institute.
